Positive Pets is taking a proactive approach to make sure that you and your dogs are healthy, happy, and well mannered. We are already a low contact business but are happily taking additional steps to improve everyone’s experience. We will make sure you have the ability to continue training in order to maintain a positive relationship with your pets. In order to follow government recommendations, we will be limiting our class sizes and utilizing our facility to its maximum. We will be holding classes outside, so dress accordingly, as well as increasing our ventilation indoors to help protect our clients.
Private lessons have additional options including video conferencing, phone consultations or meetings in an outdoor area. You are welcome to take a break from lessons; they’ll be waiting for you when you are ready to continue. Our trainers will have their own leashes and we will be skipping the shaking hands during times of greeting and develop our muscle memory in waving, bowing, or curtsies (your preference.)
We are requiring reservations for distraction and advanced classes ahead of time at both Meridian and Boise facilities. This will help with social distancing while giving you the training you and your pet deserve. Due to the nature of specialty classes there is already a class limit in place and will continue as planned. Please call the office ahead of time if you plan on attending a class.
